Each morning we start our day with Busy Hands; building manipulatives, puzzles and games. The children can build amazing things. We made our 'Me Bag' for the children to bring home and fill with special items to share with the class on their Citizen of the Day day in September or October. Send the bag in on their special day. The students also practiced their names in dots, made a puzzle with their name and worked on their fine motor skills with chopsticks to sort pom poms, In math, we learned about patterns, lots of patterns: colour patterns, action patterns, sound patterns and so many more. Each child made a pattern on our light table. Comments are closed.
